Please take 25 minutes and fill out this form to become part of Toque's Private Chef Database. Have your employment, education, and personal reference information ready before you start. By submitting this Application you agree to the terms of the Chef Placement Non-Compete Agreement (NCA).
    The NCA can be found on the "Are You a Chef" page of our website. If you do not agree to the Terms of the Chef Placement Non-Compete Agreement (NCA) please DO NOT submit this application. Toque will only consider applicants that agree to the terms of the NCA.

    TOQUE REQUIRES THE INFORMATION ON THIS FORM TO RECEIVE CONSIDERATION. ALL REQUIRED FIELDS MUST BE COMPLETED. A MESSAGE WILL INDICATE IF YOUR SUMBISSION WAS SUCCESSFUL OR NOT. YOU MAY NEED TO SCROLL DOWN TO SEE THIS MESSAGE. YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMING YOUR SUCCESSFUL SUBMISSION.
  • Toque pays referral fees of up to $150.00 for the referral of a Chef that is either placed through Toque OR purchases Toque's Online Training Course. Toque also pays referral fees for Clients who purchase a Toque Service. Terms Apply!

  • The Right Private Chef Position for You

    This section helps Toque understand the type of job description you prefer.
  • Indicate which days of the week you are willing to work and which meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner. Also indicate which dates of the year you DO NOT wish to work (be specific):
  • Please indicate the maximum distances from home, the maximum durations, and maximum frequencies of work travel that you are willing to undertake. Also indicate any specific times of year you prefer not to travel for work.
  • Please describe the accomodations you would require for yourself and/or your family.
  • Example: $55,000.00
  • Please indicate any benefits that you are seeking as part of your compensation package. This would include insurance, 401k, vacation pay, etc.

  • Education, Recent Work History, and References

    This section supplies Toque information on your recent work experience, education, and references.
  • Please provide a brief summary of your education including dates and degrees earned: College, Trade School, Professional School
  • Please provide name of employer, employer phone number, name of last supervisor, dates of employment, salary, job title, reason for leaving, list of duties
  • Please provide each references name, phone, company, position/profession, and relationship to you.

  • Terms of Form Submission

    Toque is not an employment agency nor will Toque work on your behalf to find employment. Toque provides a fee based consultation service to Clients seeking a private chef to hire. Your application may be compared to the parameters defining the needs of a Toque Client. Toque's Clients are solely responsible for whom they hire and the terms of employment. By submitting this form you acknowledge these facts.
